Amazing understanding and caring people. When my niece suddenly passed away from SIDS during a time where the family’s financial situation was not at its best. Leal’s was the only funeral home to sympathize with me and my family and understand they helped my family with everything. Their communication throughout was amazing and the service was beautiful and smooth. Truly amazing god sent people who did an amazing job for my niece.
I would like to express how satisfied I am with the services I was given for my father’s funeral. I had called around to several funeral homes just trying to get an idea of their services and cost. Didn’t have much luck since most funeral homes were just interested in the money and that’s not what I was looking for. I was looking for some compassion due to the situation and when I talk to Joaquin which is the owner he immediately provided me with excellent service and gave me the sympathy that I was looking for. Him and his staff understood the situation and explain in detail about the services. My dad was transported to mexico which everything turned out very smooth and in a timely manner. The funeral home in Jacinto city was just perfect for all of our family and friends. Can’t thank them enough for their services! Thank you joaquin, Juan and yazmin for all your help.
Once again I have to compliment the people of this funeral home. The whole staff have been very good to us. We had to bury our mother in July and they we truly very professional and very helpful and nice and now here in September we have to say good by to our brother and they have gone above and beyond for us and I will use them again when I have to they are a blessing to my sister and myself and all our family god bless the gentlemen and their staff.
